Approving

The card

Each post that needs your yes arrives as a card: the picture or video, the words as they will appear, and one line about anything that needs your eye. Under it are three buttons: Publish, Change and More.

Publish

Tap Publish and the post goes out to the channels that are live. For a few seconds you can tap Undo. Nothing is ever posted without an approval, and an approval covers exactly the words and picture you saw: if either changes, the new version needs its own yes.

Change

Tap Change and say what should be different, in your own words or as a voice note. Small changes are made at once. A rewrite takes a little longer and comes back as a new card.

More

The morning note

Each morning you get one message with how many posts are waiting and what went out yesterday. You can choose another hour for it or stop it from the note itself.

When a post is stopped

Some things cannot be approved by anyone: see What the checks mean. The card says in one sentence what stopped it and what would fix it.
