What the checks mean

For everyone

Why a post is checked

Every post is checked before it is shown for approval, and again at the moment it would go out. Some checks only leave a note for the approver. Some stop the post, and no person can wave those through.

Checks that stop a post

The legal guard stops anything that could identify a child victim or a juvenile accused, and deletes illegal pictures at once. The claims rule stops prices, offers, staff names, years and promises that are not in your business's own facts. The account check stops a post from going to an account that is not the right one for its brand and location. The duplicate check stops the same content from going out twice in a day. And nothing goes out that has not been approved exactly as it is.

Notes for the approver

A note does not stop anything. It tells the approver what to look at: wording that was reused, a face in the picture, an offer that ends soon, a headline that runs long.

When a post is waiting

A post can wait for a location, for an answer about consent, for approval, for a quiet hour to pass, or because publishing is paused. Ask the assistant why: start your message with a question mark and ask where your post is.

When a post is delayed

Sometimes writing takes longer than usual. Nothing is lost. The post is written as soon as possible and our team is told.

If you think a check is wrong

Reject the draft with a few words about why, or write to your account's admin. We read every one.

For a person, an admin of your business can write to support from the Help page of the admin app.
