Connecting accounts
For owners
Where
Everything about your accounts is on the Channels page in the admin app.
Connecting
Choose the provider, sign in on the provider's own page, and pick the account. Your password never comes to T. The connection appears in practice mode: nothing is posted to it until you switch that channel to live.
What works on each channel
Each connected account has a line called What works for this account. It says what kinds of post the channel takes, and what it cannot do. Read it before the first post: for example, a post on Instagram cannot be edited or deleted from outside Instagram.
Your team sends to your own WhatsApp number. After a quiet day WhatsApp accepts only messages it has approved beforehand. The Channels page lists those messages for you to submit once, and shows which are approved.
Telegram
Create a bot with BotFather, paste its token on the Channels page, then send each person their own link. A bot cannot write to someone first: each person opens the link and presses Start once.
Tokens that run out
Some connections must be renewed from time to time. We renew them when the provider allows it and tell you before one runs out. Posts for that channel wait while it is reconnected.
Disconnecting
Disconnect removes the account's token from T and, where the provider allows, takes the permission back at the provider too.
For a person, an admin of your business can write to support from the Help page of the admin app.
