Correcting and taking down
For approvers and owners
Correcting a post that is out
Open the post, from the message that said it was out or from the Posts page, and choose Correct. Say what is wrong. The corrected version comes to you for approval like any other, and replaces the post on every channel that can be changed.
Taking a post down
Choose Take down and confirm. The post is removed from each channel that allows it, and from your feed and site pages. The Posts page shows, channel by channel, whether it is gone.
What each channel can and cannot do
Not every channel lets a post be edited or deleted from outside. Instagram does not: a post there cannot be changed or removed by T. When you correct or take down a post that is on Instagram, we tell you so and give you the step to do in the Instagram app yourself, and the post is marked as waiting for you until you confirm it is done. We never say a post is gone everywhere unless it is.
Urgent removals
If a post must come down at once, say so when you ask. Publishing for that brand is paused while it is dealt with, and an admin resumes it on the Controls page.
What stays on record
A post that was taken down still counts towards the month's posts, and the record of who approved it and who took it down is kept in the audit log.
For a person, an admin of your business can write to support from the Help page of the admin app.
