Getting started

What T does

Your team sends photos, videos or a few words from their phones. T writes the post, makes the picture, checks it, and shows it to the person who approves. Nothing is posted until that person says yes.

Your first fifteen minutes

1. Sign up with your e-mail address and open the link we send. You are the first admin of your business.
2. Add your logo and colours on the Brand kit page, so pictures look like yours.
3. Connect the accounts you post to on the Channels page. Each one starts in practice mode: nothing is posted to it yet.
4. Add the people who send and the people who approve on the People page.
5. Send a first photo yourself and approve it, to see the whole path once.
6. When the Go live page shows everything green, switch on the channels you want to post to.

The free trial

You start with 14 days free on the Starter plan. No card is needed during the trial. Before it ends we tell you, and you add a card on the Plan and billing page to carry on. Nothing is deleted if the trial runs out: posts wait until a card is on file.

Practice mode and going live

A new business posts nowhere real. Its channels are stand-ins until you connect your own accounts, and a connected account stays in practice mode until you switch that channel to live. You can switch a channel back at any time.

Ask the assistant in chat by starting a message with a question mark. For a person, write to your account's admin or use the Help page in the admin app.
