Acceptable use

These rules apply to every business and every person using T, a service of Santhosh LLC, doing business as 3 Media Group.

Do not use the service to

• post anything unlawful, or anything that sexualises a child, in any form;
• post a recognisable person without the agreement the law requires;
• state a price, an offer, a result or a claim you cannot support;
• make health, safety, legal or financial promises;
• accuse a person or a business of wrongdoing without a source you can show;
• discriminate in housing, employment, credit or services, or post anything that breaks fair-housing or advertising law;
• pass off someone else's work as your own, or post media you have no right to use;
• harass, threaten or demean anyone;
• mislead people about who is speaking, or run accounts that are not yours;
• send spam, or use the sign-up, upload, messaging or review features to reach people who did not ask to be reached;
• probe, overload or get around the service's limits and checks.

What the service does about it

• Some of these are checked automatically and stop a draft. A stopped draft says why.
• We may take down a post that breaks these rules, pause publishing for a business, and close an account for serious or repeated breaches. Each such act is recorded and the business is told.

Reporting

To report a post made with T, e-mail hello@3mediagroup.net with a link to the post and what is wrong with it. We look at every report and reply within five business days, sooner for anything involving a child or a threat to safety.
