Privacy notice
This notice explains what T holds about people, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what choices people have.
Who we are
T is a service of Santhosh LLC, doing business as 3 Media Group, 33 Jacob Francis Way, Titusville, NJ 08560, United States. Contact for anything in this notice: hello@3mediagroup.net.
For the people who appear in a business's posts, and for the business's own staff, the business decides what is sent and published, and we handle that information on the business's instructions. For the account details of the people who use the service, we are responsible.
What we hold
- People who manage a business on the service: name, e-mail address, phone number if given, role, sign-in and approval history, the version of these pages they accepted.
- People who send content for a business: name, the phone number or messaging account they send from, what they sent, and their answers to the service's questions.
- Content: the photos, videos, voice recordings and words sent, the drafts, edits and finished files made from them, who approved what, and where and when it was published.
- People who appear in content: whatever a photo or video shows. The sender is asked whether a person who can be recognised agreed to be posted, and the answer is recorded.
- Business details: what a business enters about itself (name, branches, contact details, hours, offers, services) and, if it asks for a business check-up, what is publicly available on the website and profiles it names.
- Connected accounts: access tokens for the social and business accounts a business connects, stored encrypted; the names and identifiers of the pages, profiles and locations it chose; and the figures those networks report about its own posts (for example reach and engagement).
- Payment: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
- Technical records: logs of requests and jobs kept to run and secure the service. Network addresses are kept as keyed hashes where they are used to limit abuse.
Why we use it
To provide the service the business signed up for (drafting, finishing, approving, publishing, taking down and reporting on its posts), to keep the service and its users secure, to show a business what was done in its name, to answer support requests, and to bill for the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information from Google, Meta and other connected accounts
- We use information received from a connected account only to provide the features the business asked for: publishing what it approved, showing it its own pages, profiles and locations, replying to its own comments and reviews when it asks, and reporting on its own posts.
- T's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not use information from connected accounts to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not share it except with the providers below that run the service, as needed for that purpose.
- No person at 3 Media Group reads that information unless the business asks us to (for example in a support request), it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
Who else receives it
- The networks a business connects (such as Meta for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp; Google; LinkedIn; X; TikTok) receive what the business approved for them.
- Providers that run parts of the service for us, each receiving only what its part needs:
- hosting and storage: OVHcloud (United States), and Cloudflare for media storage where used;
- writing, checking, translation and voice: Anthropic, Google (Gemini) and Sarvam AI, which receive the facts, words and images needed to produce a draft, never an account's credentials;
- speech-to-text: Groq or Sarvam AI;
- messages: Meta (WhatsApp) and Twilio (text messages);
- e-mail delivery: Resend;
- payments: Stripe.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process information outside the country where it was collected, including in the United States and India.
Text messages and WhatsApp
We use a phone number that a person gives or messages from only to receive what they send for their business and to reply about it. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The messaging providers above receive phone numbers only to deliver the messages.
Cookies
The T web pages use only the cookies needed to keep a person signed in and to protect sign-in and connection steps. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. A website a business publishes through T may use analytics that the business itself chooses; that business's own notice covers it.
How long we keep it
- Content and records are kept while the business uses the service.
- Original uploads are deleted 180 days after their post is finished, finished files 30 days after use, and unfinished uploads after 2 days. A business may choose shorter periods.
- When a business closes its account, everything held for it is erased after a 7-day cooling-off period, and from our backups within 90 days after that.
- When a person disconnects an account, or removes our access in that network's own settings, we delete its tokens.
Your choices and rights
- A business can export everything held for it, and close its account, from within the service.
- Anyone can ask the business that posted about them, or us at hello@3mediagroup.net, to see, correct or delete what is held about them, or to stop a use of it. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Deleting your data
To have your data deleted, use "Delete my account" in the app, close the business's account under Plan and billing, or e-mail hello@3mediagroup.net from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my data". If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove T in Facebook's Settings, under Apps and websites, and we will delete what we received from it. We confirm when the deletion is done.
Children
The service is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly hold an account for a child.
Security
Account tokens are encrypted with a key kept apart from the data, access is limited to the people who run the service, and every business's data is kept separate from every other's.
