Contributor terms

You were added by a business so that you can send it photos, videos and words for its posts, through T, a service of Santhosh LLC, doing business as 3 Media Group. By agreeing you confirm the following, for everything you send.

What you send

• You took it or have the right to share it with the business.
• If a client or anyone else can be recognised, they agreed to be posted, or you will say that they did not when you are asked.
• It is true as far as you know: where and when it was taken, what was done, what it cost.

What happens to it

• The business may edit it, draft and finish posts from it with automated tools, and publish what one of its approvers approves.
• You can ask the business to take down a post made from what you sent.
• Your name and the number or account you send from are kept so the business knows who sent what. Replies to your messages come from the service's own number; they are about what you sent, and message and data rates from your carrier may apply. The privacy notice at /legal/privacy says the rest.

What you should not send

Anything the acceptable use rules forbid, anything private about a client, and anything you would not want published.

Ending

The business can remove you at any time, and you can stop sending at any time. What was already published stays until the business takes it down.
