What is extra
- Tax, where it is due, is added by the payment provider on its own page.
- A few providers charge for some messages and posts (a WhatsApp message sent after a quiet day, a post on X that carries a link). Where they do, their charge is passed on at their price plus 10 percent, and the approver is told before approving.
- Posts over a plan's included number, and a setup fee where a plan has one, at the prices shown on the plan.
Questions
Does anything get posted without my say?
No. Every post waits for the person you choose to approve it, and the approval covers exactly the picture and the words they saw. If either changes, it needs a new yes.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial is 14 days and needs no card. We tell you before it ends. If you have not added a card by then, nothing is deleted: posts can still be sent in and approved, and they wait until a card is on file.
Can a post be changed or removed after it is out?
On most channels, yes, from the product. Some channels do not let a post be edited or deleted from outside: Instagram is one. There the product tells you so and gives you the step to do in the app yourself. It never says a post is gone everywhere unless it is.
What does it check?
That nothing is said that your own facts do not support (prices, offers, names, promises), that a post goes to the right account, that the same thing does not go out twice, and that nothing illegal is published. Those checks cannot be waved through by anyone.
Which languages does it speak?
The chat your team uses speaks English, Telugu, Hindi and Spanish, and answers each person in the language they write in. The admin pages are in English.
Can I leave, and take my data?
Yes. You can cancel, download everything held for your business as one archive, and close your account, all from the Plan and billing page, without writing to anyone.
Is there tracking on this page?
No. This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else.
